KEY DETAILS
1. Promotion entrants must be:
- Residents of: Australia
- Minimum age: 18 years.
2. Employees and contractors of the Promoter, and their immediate families, are not eligible for entry.
3. Start time and date: 8:00am on 26 May 2026.
4. Closing time and date: 2.00pm on 26 May 2026.
Note: Note that there are 2 Events, at 8:00am and 12:00 Noon, on 26 May 2026 (Events).
PRIZES
iPad Prize
5. One person who registers for and attends either of the Events on 26 May 2026 will receive one (1) iPad A16 - 128GB, Wi-Fi (no cellular) and accessories not included valued at $599 (iPad Prize). If a person registers and attends both Events, they will only be eligible for one iPad Prize.
6. The total value of the iPad Prize is $599.00. The iPad Prize is not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. The iPad Prize will be presented to the winning entrant immediately following the conclusion of the Melbourne PEXA Clear Event.
PROMOTION ENTRY
8. By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these conditions.
9. The promotion starts at the time and date specified in section 3 and will end at the time and date specified in section 4 (Promotion Period).
10. To enter the promotion, the entrant must during the Promotion Period register for and attend the Melbourne PEXA Clear Event.
11. By entering the promotion, each entrant consents to receipt of any communication regarding the promotion.
SELECTION OF WINNING ENTRANTS
12. The iPad Prize is a game of chance. A random prize draw will take place at The RACV Club, 501 Bourke Street, Melbourne Victoria 3000 on 26 May 2026 (Original Selection Date). The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Entries for the iPad Prize are limited to one per entrant.
14. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw at section 19, if for any reason a winning entrant does not take the iPad Prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the iPad Prize will be forfeited.
15. If the iPad Prize is unclaimed on the Original Selection Date, a subsequent draw may take place no later than 30 days following the Original Selection Date (New Selection Date) at PEXA Clear’s offices located at Tower 4, Level 16, 727 Collins Street, Victoria, 3008, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
WINNING ENTRANTS’ NOTIFICATION AND PUBLICATION
16. If a subsequent draw is required under section 19, the new iPad Prize winning entrant will be notified within 5 working days of the New Selection Date via email.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, unforeseen legal or commercial circumstances or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, delay or suspend the competition, or disqualify any entrant, as appropriate.
