KEY DETAILS

1. Promotion entrants must be:
   
   > Residents of: Australia.
   > Minimum age: 18 years.
   
   
2. Employees and contractors of the Promoter, and their immediate families, are not eligible for entry.3
3. Start time and date: 7:00am on 24 May, 2026.
4. Closing time and date: 2.00pm on 25 May 2026.
   
   PRIZE
   
5. One person who registers for and attends the Event either on 24 or 25 May 2026, will receive a prize of a 2 night stay for two people at Qualia on Hamilton Island (Prize).
6. The Prize will consist of the following:
   
   >  2 night stay for two people at Qualia on Hamilton Island;
   > Flights included for two people, departing from the Australian capital city closest to the competition entrant;
   > A la carte breakfast daily at the Long Pavilion;
   > A la carte dinner daily at the Long Pavilion or the four-course Pebble Beach Collection at Pebble Beach (excluding alcoholic beverages);
   > All non-alcoholic beverages at Qualia, including soft drinks, juices, waters, tea and coffee (excluding blended beverages);
   > VIP Return Hamilton Island airport transfers;
   
   b. Exclusions
   
   Transfer from an Australian capital city airport to the nearest capital city is included. However, if the prize winner is not located in an Australian capital city, they will need to get to and from the nearest capital city airport on their own.
   
    c. The following blackout travel periods apply:
   
   > Australian School holidays; 
   > December and January;
   > Hamilton Island Outrigger Cup;
   > Hamilton Island Race Week; and
   > Hamilton Island Endurance Series Events.
   
   
   
7. The total value of the iPad Prize is up to $7,500, depending on the winner’s departure city. The Prize is not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
8. The Prize will be presented to the winning entrant immediately following the conclusion of the Event.
   
   PROMOTION ENTRY
9. By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these conditions.
10. The promotion starts at the time and date specified in section 3 and will end at the time and date specified in section 4 (Promotion Period).
11. To enter the promotion, the entrant must during the Promotion Period register for the Prize by completing an entry form which will include the following minimum information
    
    > First name, last name;
    > Company Name;
    > Email address;
    > State; and 
    > Number of listings.
    
    SELECTION OF WINNING ENTRANTS
12. By entering the promotion, each entrant consents to receipt of any communication regarding the promotion.
13. Entries for the Prize are limited to one per entrant.
14. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw at section 16, if for any reason a winning entrant does not take the Prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Prize will be forfeited.
15. If the Prize is unclaimed on the Original Selection Date, a subsequent draw may take place no later than 30 days following the Original Selection Date (New Selection Date) at PEXA Clear’s offices located at Tower 4, Level 16, 727 Collins Street, Victoria, 3008, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
    
    
    

    WINNING ENTRANTS’ NOTIFICATION AND PUBLICATION

16. If a subsequent draw is required under section 16, the new iPad Prize winning entrant will be notified within 5 working days of the New Selection Date via email.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, unforeseen legal or commercial circumstances or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, delay or suspend the competition, or disqualify any entrant, as appropriate.
